Content: “Accumulating residence overseas for at least four years” as
stipulated in Item 2, Subparagraph 1 and Item 2, Subparagraph 2,
Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Overseas Compatriot Identity 
Certification Act means that the applicant’s overseas residence
must total 1,460 days or more, including the days of exit and entry.
